Reverend Brian K. Holland’s Bio
Reverend Brian K. Holland is a native of Meadville, Pennsylvania where he attended United Faith Fellowship Church of God Senior Pastor, Markus A. McDaniel I. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education and again in 2000 with a Master of Education Degree in Early Childhood Education. He earned his Master Degree in Education Administration in August of 2012 from Ashland University.
He now resides in Pickerington, Ohio and teaches first Grade in the Pickerington Local School District while running his Hip-Hop-Ademics business. He graduated from Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry in 2005, and has been preaching and teaching the word of God since he was 15 years old. He has been married to Shannon L. Holland for 17 years. They have two handsome, intelligent, and energetic sons, eleven-year old Elijah Kelly and nine-year old Noah Paul.
They attend First Church of God in Columbus, Ohio Senior Pastor, Bishop Timothy J. Clarke. Reverend Holland worked in the Youth Ministry at First Church of God under the leadership of Pastor Charles Johnson for five years and began the Silent in Praise (S.I.P.) mime ministry. Reverend Holland served in the Senior’s Ministry at First Church of God under the leadership of Reverend Theola Mann for five years. Reverend Holland is an Associate Minister at First Church of God fulfilling pulpit duties and other ministerial assignments.
Four years ago, Reverend Holland transitioned out of leadership over the Kingdom Kids Children’s Ministry to complete the Church of God credentialing process. He was ordained on October 25, 2018 at Ohio’s General Assembly Meeting. Reverend Holland was the Interim Pastor at First Church of God in Washington Court House, Ohio for fifteen months, in the absence of their pastor, Reverend Timothy L. White while he was serving in the United States Army Reserves. Reverend Brian K. Holland has a passion for the people of God, and he believes that his purpose is to help people succeed in life spiritually and educationally.
